The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or related field
• Recognised teaching qualification/licence
• Minimum of three to five years’ ESL teaching experience preferred
• Experience teaching English language learners across varying age groups
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passionate, adaptable, and culturally aware
• International school experience advantageous
