- Manage all internal and external examinations, including Cambridge IGCSE, AS, and A Levels
- Uphold awarding body regulations and school policies throughout the examination process
- Prepare timetables, organize venues, seating, and materials, while communicating schedules to students, staff, and parents

The ideal candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or related field with 2–3 years’ exam administration experience, ideally in a British Curriculum school
- Familiarity with Cambridge IGCSE/IAL examinations and examination board systems
- Strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex exam processes
- High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and capacity to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management systems, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
