The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, English Language and Literature or related field
• PGCE/QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Experience teaching English Language and Literature
• Early Years, Kindergarten, Reception, Foundation Stage or similar experience
• Experience working with children aged 2–6
• Strong understanding of early childhood development
• Experience with play-based and hands-on learning
• Warm, nurturing and enthusiastic teaching style
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Able to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
• International school experience is highly desirable

• Start Date: As soon as possible, subject to visa requirements
• Contract: Renewable contract
• Salary: Negotiated and competitive, dependent on qualifications and experience
