Job Highlights

  • Plan, teach, and assess lessons for EYFS and Primary SEN students.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Provide one-on-one and small group support, tailoring activities to students' needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and professionals to monitor progress.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
  • Attend SEN meetings, parent consultations, and school events.
  • Maintain accurate student progress records and recommend interventions.
  • Stay updated on best practices and research in SEN education.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in education in foundation phase required.
  • QTS or equivalent with a recognized teaching qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience teaching EYFS and Primary SEN students.
  • Strong knowledge of the SEN Code of Practice and support strategies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passionate about teaching and making a positive impact on students’ lives.
