Job Highlights

  • Deliver engaging lessons to SEN students in EYFS and Primary
  • Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide targeted one-on-one and small group instruction
  • Work closely with staff, families, and specialists to support student development
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive school community
  • Participate in school-wide SEN initiatives, meetings, and events
  • Track and report on student progress with a focus on continual growth
  • Stay current on SEN best practices and integrate them into your teaching

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Education (Foundation Phase or equivalent)
  • Possesses QTS or a recognized teaching qualification
  • Has at least 3 years' experience working with SEN students in EYFS and/or Primary
  • Demonstrates sound knowledge of the SEN Code of Practice and effective support strategies
  • Strong communicator and team player
  • Passionate about inclusive education and committed to student success
