Job Highlights
- Deliver engaging lessons to SEN students in EYFS and Primary
- Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide targeted one-on-one and small group instruction

- Track and report on student progress with a focus on continual growth
- Stay current on SEN best practices and integrate them into your teaching
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Education (Foundation Phase or equivalent)
- Possesses QTS or a recognized teaching qualification
- Has at least 3 years' experience working with SEN students in EYFS and/or Primary
- Demonstrates sound knowledge of the SEN Code of Practice and effective support strategies
- Strong communicator and team player
- Passionate about inclusive education and committed to student success
