Overview
This role is for a Native English-Speaking EYFS Homeroom Teacher responsible for delivering high-quality early years education to children aged 2–5 years in an international school setting in Bangkok. The successful candidate will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment where learning is driven through play-based and inquiry-led approaches. The focus is on supporting the holistic development of each child — socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively — during their most formative years.

The ideal candidate
- Native English speaker (NES)
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Early Childhood Education or Education)
- TEFL qualification if degree is in a different field
- Experience teaching EYFS or early years learners in an international or similar setting
- Apostilled degree & transcripts (if applicable).
- Valid police clearance from home country.
- Experience with play-based and inquiry-driven approaches strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of child development and developmental milestones
- Confident using play-based, child-centred, and experiential learning approaches
- Excellent communication skills with both children and parents
- A nurturing, patient, and caring approach to teaching
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to school life
- Passion for holistic education, creativity, and fostering a love of learning
