The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Education or Early Childhood Education)
- TEFL qualification required if degree is in another field
- Experience with play-based and inquiry-based learning approaches
- Passionate about Early Years education and child development
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Collaborative, caring, and adaptable mindset
- Police clearance from home country
Key Responsibilities
- Create a warm and engaging classroom environment
- Deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities
- Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and academic growth
- Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers
- Assess, document, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership
- Participate in school events, activities, and field trips
- Attend occasional weekend school events each term
