The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Education or Early Childhood Education)
• TEFL qualification required if degree is in another field
• Experience with play-based and inquiry-based learning approaches
• Passionate about Early Years education and child development
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Collaborative, caring, and adaptable mindset
• Police clearance from home country

Key Responsibilities

• Create a warm and engaging classroom environment
• Deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities
• Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and academic growth
• Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers
• Assess, document, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership
• Participate in school events, activities, and field trips
• Attend occasional weekend school events each term

• Salary Range: 55,000 THB – 65,000 THB. Based on qualifications and experience.
