The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or Education
- 3–5 years’ experience in EYFS or play-based international school settings
- Strong knowledge of the UK EYFS Framework and ELGs
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or training teachers
- Curriculum development experience preferred
- Experience with Monster Phonics and White Rose Maths advantageous
- Creative, innovative, and collaborative approach to education
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging play-based EYFS lessons
- Design stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environments
- Lead teacher training workshops and coaching sessions
- Conduct demonstration lessons and collaborative planning
- Support curriculum development and progression mapping
- Strengthen assessment and reporting systems
- Develop creative learning resources and project themes
- Promote best practice in Early Years teaching and learning

- Salary Range: 80,000 THB – 100,000 THB. Based on qualifications and experience.
