The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or Education
• 3–5 years’ experience in EYFS or play-based international school settings
• Strong knowledge of the UK EYFS Framework and ELGs
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or training teachers
• Curriculum development experience preferred
• Experience with Monster Phonics and White Rose Maths advantageous
• Creative, innovative, and collaborative approach to education

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging play-based EYFS lessons
• Design stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environments
• Lead teacher training workshops and coaching sessions
• Conduct demonstration lessons and collaborative planning
• Support curriculum development and progression mapping
• Strengthen assessment and reporting systems
• Develop creative learning resources and project themes
• Promote best practice in Early Years teaching and learning

• Location: Bangkok, Thailand
• Job Type: Full Time
• Duration: Contract (Renewable)
• Salary Range: 80,000 THB – 100,000 THB. Based on qualifications and experience.
