The ideal candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood or Education.
• 3–5 years EYFS or play-based international school experience.
• Strong expertise in the UK EYFS Framework and ELGs.
• Experience mentoring or training teachers.
• Experience with Monster Phonics & White Rose Maths.
• Curriculum development or academic leadership experience.
• Background in creative arts, environment design, or Reggio-inspired practice.
• Committed, self-motivated and creative
• Available to start January 2026
