The ideal candidate

• Strong academic background — Holds a good honours degree from a British university.
• Qualified teacher status — Possesses a PGCE or equivalent Qualified Teacher Status, with a specialism in Geography.
• Exam level expertise — Recent experience teaching Geography at both IGCSE and A Level.
• Broad teaching experience — Skilled in delivering Geography lessons to pupils across Years 7–13.
• Adaptive teaching strategies — Capable of tailoring learning approaches to meet the needs of individual students.
• High expectations — Maintains high standards for student effort and behaviour, supported by proven classroom management skills.
• Organisational skills — Demonstrates strong organisation and the ability to prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.

Salary range: Competitive (disclosed directly to candidates on offer)
