The ideal candidate                    

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• A bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
• Experience in student boarding management or leadership roles.
• Great communication skills.
• A demonstrable passion for education and a commitment to creating a positive learning environment.
• Experience teaching an international curriculum (e.g., IB, IGCSE, or AP) is highly desirable.
