Help lead this international school in the policies and practices of continuous school improvement and staff development within in their Early Years and Lower Primary School. An amazing opportunity to play a major role in the development of high-quality teaching and learning, including the monitoring of curriculum planning, giving feedback and advice and assisting and supporting colleagues with the planning and delivery of an enriching, differentiated curriculum. Working with the Senior Leadership team, you will lead, motivate, support, challenge and develop staff to secure the highest standards and expectations, including professional development training for staff linked to planning, teaching and assessment.

The ideal candidate
- BA Degree in Early Childhood Studies with QTS
- Masters Degree or NPQH will be an advantage
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in an International School
- Experience teaching of the EYFS Curriculum
- Strong team player, exemplary role model, positive and strives for excellence
- Proven track record of having led a curriculum
- Excellent communication skills, good time management, approachable and flexible
