The ideal candidate
- Holds a certified Early Years teaching qualification (PGCE, PGDE, B.Ed or equivalent)
- Experienced in delivering the English EYFS Curriculum effectively
- Background in leading a school team, ideally within Early Years
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues
- Passionate about early childhood education and committed to fostering a nurturing learning environment
- Skilled in curriculum development and innovation, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build positive relationships with staff, parents, and children
