The ideal candidate

• Holds a certified Early Years teaching qualification (PGCE, PGDE, B.Ed or equivalent)
• Experienced in delivering the English EYFS Curriculum effectively
• Background in leading a school team, ideally within Early Years
• Demonstrates strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues
• Passionate about early childhood education and committed to fostering a nurturing learning environment
• Skilled in curriculum development and innovation, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build positive relationships with staff, parents, and children
• Highly organized, reflective, and proactive in driving continuous improvement
