The ideal candidate

  • BA Degree in Early Childhood Studies with QTS
  • Masters Degree will be an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in an International School
  • Proven experience as a Head Teacher in an early years setting.
  • Strong team player, exemplary role model, positive and strives for excellence
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate both staff and students.
  • Proven track record of having led a curriculum
  • Excellent communication skills, good time management, approachable and flexible
  • Experience with international curricula such as IB, Cambridge, or IPC is an advantage.
