The Head of Early Years will provide strategic leadership and vision for the Early Childhood division, ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning, and care for children in their formative years. This role requires a dynamic leader who can inspire staff, engage families, and create a nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported.

The ideal candidate

  • BA Degree in Early Childhood Studies with QTS
  • NPQH will be an advantage
  • At least five years of relevant experience within an international school setting
  • Proven expertise in delivering the EYFS curriculum, with a strong understanding of early childhood pedagogy
  • Collaborative leader and positive role model, committed to excellence and team success
  • Demonstrated success in curriculum leadership, driving innovation and high standards
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills

Salary range: Competitive, tax-free depending on experience
