The ideal candidate
- Academic background — Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a closely related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Teaching certification — recognized teaching qualification such as PGCE, QTS, or equivalent
- Leadership experience — minimum of three years in a Head of Department or similar leadership role within an international school
- Curriculum expertise — strong understanding of international curricula (IB, IGCSE, A Levels, or British system)
- Instructional excellence — proven record of outstanding classroom practice and student achievement
