The ideal candidate

A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant Humanities subject, along with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Proven experience teaching Humanities within the British Curriculum, with a minimum of 4–5 years in the classroom

Demonstrated leadership experience or readiness to step into a middle leadership role

A strong track record of delivering high-quality teaching and driving academic achievement

A genuine passion for Humanities education and the ability to inspire both students and staff

Excellent organisational, communication, and team leadership skills

Adaptability, cultural awareness, and a deep commitment to contributing to all aspects of school life
