The ideal candidate
- Bachelor of Education or Degree with a PGCE in Early Childhood Studies
- Masters in Education Leadership would be to your advantage
- Prior leadership experience in a similar role
- Experience in the British Curriculum
- Enthusiasm and commitment
- Excellent management skills
