As Head of Learning Support, you will lead the strategic development and delivery of high-quality support services across the school. The ideal candidate

Holds a relevant degree and teaching qualification, with proven experience in learning support/SEN and a strong understanding of inclusive education practices

Demonstrates the ability to lead, develop, and implement whole-school support strategies while motivating and guiding staff

Builds strong relationships with students, staff, parents, and external professionals, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Passionate about supporting diverse learners, with the ability to design effective interventions and adapt approaches to meet individual needs
