The ideal candidate
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent. Those without an education degree must have a Teaching License or PGCE. (Master’s Degree may be preferred)
- Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) those with a non-education degree.
- Proven experience as a Head Teacher or in a leadership role within the education sector
- Strong background in Maths and Science with a passion for teaching and learning
- Ability to engage students and staff from diverse backgrounds
- Strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement
- A teaching licence or certification from a recognised authority (e.g., QTS in the UK, Teaching License in the US, TRB in Australia).
- At least 1–3 years of teaching experience is required.
- Experience with IPC, Cambridge (UK based) and IGCSE curriculum is preferred.
- Ability to incorporate technology and 21st-century learning strategies.

- Oversee departmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the school's standards
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of teachers in the Maths and Science departments
