We are currently seeking a Head of Primary to join a leading international school in Belgium. The Head of Primary will provide both academic and pastoral leadership across the Early Years and Primary sections (EY–Class 5), ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, and student wellbeing. The ideal candidate
- Qualified educator with a background in Early Years and Primary teaching (leadership credentials are an advantage)
- Proven leadership within a primary international school environment
- Strong knowledge of international curricula, such as the IPC, and a commitment to child‑centered, active learning approaches
- Excellent communication, organizational, and intercultural abilities
- Dedicated and energetic with empathy, creativity, and a solution‑focused mindset
