Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Primary team, driving high standards of teaching and learning
- Oversee curriculum delivery and ensure alignment with international best practice
- Monitor student progress and promote a supportive, inclusive learning environment
- Recruit, mentor, and develop teaching staff
- Build strong relationships with parents and the wider school community
- Drive continuous school improvement and quality assurance initiatives
- Contribute to whole-school leadership and strategic development
The ideal candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a Master’s degree in Education is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ leadership experience
- Native-level English proficiency (UK, USA or CA)
- Proven leadership experience within a Primary/Elementary setting
- Strong knowledge of international curricula
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Passion for student development and high-quality education
- Adaptable and culturally sensitive, with the ability to thrive in an international environment
