Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Primary team, driving high standards of teaching and learning
  • Oversee curriculum delivery and ensure alignment with international best practice
  • Monitor student progress and promote a supportive, inclusive learning environment
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop teaching staff
  • Build strong relationships with parents and the wider school community
  • Drive continuous school improvement and quality assurance initiatives
  • Contribute to whole-school leadership and strategic development

 

The ideal candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a Master’s degree in Education is preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years’ leadership experience
  • Native-level English proficiency (UK, USA or CA)
  • Proven leadership experience within a Primary/Elementary setting
  • Strong knowledge of international curricula
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills
  • Passion for student development and high-quality education
  • Adaptable and culturally sensitive, with the ability to thrive in an international environment
