We are seeking an enthusiastic Head of Primary to lead and inspire our Primary and Early Years school community.

The successful candidate will work closely with staff to drive academic excellence, pastoral care, and the holistic development of students, fostering a love of learning and preparing them to thrive as confident, independent global citizens.

The ideal candidate:
- A recognized degree in Education or a related field
- Qualified Teacher Status (or equivalent)
- Significant teaching experience, ideally at the primary level in an international or high-performing school
- Proven leadership or management experience in an educational setting
- Familiarity with international curricula (e.g., IB, British, or similar) is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of pastoral care, student well-being, and holistic development
- Evidence of ongoing professional development
- Demonstrates strong curriculum knowledge and the ability to drive academic excellence
- Has excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills
- Committed to professional development for themselves and their team, and to creating a positive, collaborative school culture
