The ideal candidate

• Holds a degree in Education (or closely related field)
• Possesses Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a primary school setting, ideally within international or multicultural environments
• Strong track record of curriculum development and driving academic excellence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse cultures
• Passionate about fostering a supportive, inclusive, and high‑achieving school culture
