The ideal candidate

• Bachelor of Education or Degree with a PGCE in Primary Education – A solid academic foundation in Primary Education.
• NPQH – A distinct advantage, showcasing your readiness for leadership.
• Proven leadership, inspiration, and guidance – A natural leader who motivates, empowers, and directs both staff and students toward excellence.
• Experience in managing staff and conducting performance reviews – Demonstrated ability to oversee a team, providing constructive feedback to ensure growth and success.
