The ideal candidate

• Bachelor of Education or Degree with a PGCE in Primary Education
• NPQH
• Previous experience in a comparable leadership role
• Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and guide teams effectively
• Strong background in staff management and performance evaluation
• A dynamic and effective leader who serves as a positive role model
• Familiarity with international school environments and best practices
