The ideal candidate

• BA Degree in Primary Education
• Masters Degree in Education & Leadership
• Proven leadership experience in a comparable role, demonstrating success in primary education management.
• In-depth knowledge of the British Curriculum, with the ability to implement and adapt it effectively.
• Energetic, dynamic, and enthusiastic, bringing passion and vision to the school community.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills, fostering lasting connections with staff, students, and parents to create a supportive and collaborative environment.
