The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate is a visionary and experienced school leader with a passion for boys’ education and a deep understanding of the British curriculum. They will bring:
- Proven Leadership Experience in a secondary school setting, preferably within an international or British curriculum context.
- Strong Academic Credentials, including a relevant degree and teaching qualification; leadership certification is an advantage.
- Strategic Vision & Operational Expertise to lead school improvement, curriculum development, and staff performance.
- Commitment to Character Education, fostering ambition, integrity, and global citizenship.
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to inspire staff, engage parents, and connect with students.
