The Ideal Candidate

  • Degree in Drama or a closely related discipline.
  • At least two years’ experience teaching drama at secondary or high school level.
  • Solid understanding of the UK IGCSE and A Level Drama curriculum.
  • Background in leadership or departmental management within education is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Passion for motivating and engaging both students and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver productions, performances, and extracurricular drama activities.
