The ideal candidate

  • Holds a relevant degree in Sport with the relevant teaching experience
  • Masters would be beneficial
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role in a British school
  • Experienced in managing sports programs, mentoring staff, and driving departmental success
  • Dedicated to inspiring students to achieve their personal best, both in physical fitness and character building
  • Skilled at creating diverse, engaging sports and extracurricular activities that promote teamwork and resilience
  • Thrives in multicultural environments, building strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and the wider community
  • Committed to raising the profile of sports within the school, fostering excellence, and encouraging participation at all levels
