The school
For more than four decades, this international institution in Cologne has supported a diverse community of learners, offering students the opportunity to pursue the dual award within the IB Diploma or IB Careers Programme. The ideal candidate

Holds a recognized teaching qualification in Primary Education (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)

Proven leadership experience in curriculum development and instructional improvement

Minimum of 5 years’ successful teaching experience in Primary education, ideally across KS1 and KS2

Strong knowledge of international curricula, with the ability to adapt and innovate teaching practices

Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and support teachers to achieve excellence in the classroom

Skilled in data‑driven assessment and monitoring of student progress

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire staff, students, and parents
