The Head of Teaching & Learning will be a key member of the school’s leadership team, responsible for shaping the academic vision and ensuring the highest standards of teaching across all phases. The ideal candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a subject specialization (Master’s preferred)
• PGCE, QTS, or equivalent international teaching license
• Minimum of 5–7 years’ teaching experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or middle management role
• Strong knowledge of international curricula (British, IB, or similar) and modern pedagogical approaches
• Evidence of ongoing training, workshops, or advanced study in educational leadership and instructional practice
• Ability to design, implement, and evaluate assessment systems to improve student outcomes
• Experience working in diverse, multicultural school environments
