The ideal candidate

• Degree in a relevant therapy field, such as:
  • Speech and Language Therapy (SLT)
  • Occupational Therapy (OT)
  • Physiotherapy
  • Educational Psychology
• Registration with a recognized professional body:
  • UK-based: HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council)
  • International equivalents (e.g. ASHA for SLTs, AOTA for OTs, etc.)
• Experience working in schools or educational settings, especially with children aged 3–18.
• Strong understanding of the British curriculum (EYFS, KS1–KS5) and SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) framework.
• Knowledge of EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans) and how therapy integrates into individual education plans (IEPs).
