The ideal candidate
- Holds a degree in Education, History, Geography, Political Science, or a related field
- Proven classroom experience, ideally in international or bilingual schools
- AP teaching experience
- Demonstrates sensitivity to diverse cultures and a willingness to integrate Honduran heritage with global perspectives
- Skilled at creating engaging, student-centered lessons that promote critical thinking and inquiry
- Strong command of English (and Spanish is a plus), enabling effective communication in a bilingual environment
