The ideal candidate

• Holds a degree in Education, History, Geography, Political Science, or a related field
• Proven classroom experience, ideally in international or bilingual schools
• AP teaching experience
• Demonstrates sensitivity to diverse cultures and a willingness to integrate Honduran heritage with global perspectives
• Skilled at creating engaging, student-centered lessons that promote critical thinking and inquiry
• Strong command of English (and Spanish is a plus), enabling effective communication in a bilingual environment
• Flexible and resourceful, able to thrive in a dynamic international school setting
• Committed to fostering values of respect, responsibility, and active citizenship in students
