The ideal candidate

  • Qualified teacher with a Bachelor’s degree in Education (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience with Cambridge curriculum, particularly Years 2–4.
  • Strong classroom management skills and ability to create a positive learning environment.
  • Passion for international education and working in a multicultural setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Adaptability and creativity in lesson planning and delivery.
  • Commitment to student growth and fostering curiosity, independence, and collaboration.
