The ideal candidate

• Master’s in educational leadership and/or NPQH.

• A recognized teaching qualification, such as a PGCE, QTS, or equivalent.
• Management experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a secondary or international British school environment.
• Experience teaching an international curriculum (e.g., IB, IGCSE, or AP) is highly desirable.
• Genuine interest in pastoral development
• Confident talking to parents
• Cool head in crisis
•  Sense of humour
•  A measured approach, balancing reflective practice with sound judgement
