The ideal candidate

• Teaching qualification — Holds a PGCE and QTS, with a strong academic background in Humanities.
• Curriculum expertise — Demonstrates proven experience teaching within the British curriculum.
• International programmes — Experience with IPC or IMYC frameworks is highly valued.
• IGCSE knowledge — Prior experience teaching IGCSE Humanities subjects is preferable.
• Organizational skills — Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Leadership — Ability to lead, mentor, and contribute to team development.
• IB philosophy — Strong understanding of international education principles and pedagogy.
• Communication — Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration with colleagues, students, and parents.
