The Ideal Candidate
- A recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, BEd or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of experience teaching Humanities (History, Geography, or Social Studies)
- Experience in managing neurodivergent students and with diverse or additional learning needs
- Strong understanding of differentiated instruction and inclusive teaching practices
- Ability to create engaging, inquiry-based lessons
- Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- A flexible, patient, and student-centred approach
