The ideal candidate

• Holds a degree in Biology or a closely related field, along with a recognized teaching qualification.
• Demonstrates proven experience teaching Biology at the IB Diploma Programme level.
• Strong subject knowledge with the ability to inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and academic excellence.
• Skilled in inquiry‑based and student‑centered teaching approaches.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive school community.
