The ideal candidate

• Recognised teaching qualification – a degree in Biology or a closely related field, plus a formal teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
• IB curriculum expertise – prior experience teaching the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, with a strong understanding of IB philosophy and assessment.
• Subject mastery – deep knowledge of Biology, particularly at secondary and pre‑university level, with the ability to make complex concepts engaging and accessible.
• Innovative teaching style – uses creative strategies to inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and independent learning.
