Overview

The successful candidate will teach ICT across Year 1 to Year 9 within a curriculum based on the English National Curriculum through the Purple Mash scheme and Cambridge Lower Secondary. The role offers the opportunity to deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that encourage creativity, collaboration, independent learning and digital literacy. Teachers are expected to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, monitor student progress effectively, contribute to pastoral care and support the wider school community through extracurricular activities and collaborative curriculum development.

This is an exciting time to join the school as it prepares to launch its secondary campus in August 2026, introducing IMYC and Cambridge pathways leading to IGCSE qualifications.

Ideal Candidate:

• Hold a degree in ICT, Computer Science or a related subject
• Possess a PGCE or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills
• Be passionate about delivering engaging and inclusive learning experiences
• Have experience supporting students from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Be adaptable, collaborative and committed to holistic student development
• Previous experience with Cambridge programmes is advantageous but not essential
