The ideal candidate
- Recognised qualification — holds a recognised qualification in Counselling, School Psychology, Educational Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Professional registration — registered professionally or eligible for registration where applicable.
- School-based experience — proven experience supporting children and adolescents within a school environment.
- Child development knowledge — strong understanding of child and adolescent development.
- Communication skills — exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Relationship building — demonstrated capacity to build trusting relationships with students, families, and staff.
- Safeguarding commitment — dedicated to safeguarding and child protection practices.
- Professional integrity — maintains high levels of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
