The Ideal Candidate

• A recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, BEd or equivalent)
• Experience teaching Key Stage 2 within a British or international curriculum
• Strong understanding of primary pedagogy and assessment practices
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
• Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Experience in an international or multicultural school environment (preferred)
• Passionate, creative, and student-centred approach to teaching
