Our client school in Romania is looking for an inspiring Art & Design Teacher to join their team from August 2026. The successful candidate will bring expertise in teaching CIE IGCSE, AS, and A‑Level Art & Design, alongside a strong grasp of the National Curriculum of England and Wales.

The ideal candidate

  • Holds a degree in Art & Design or a closely related field
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent international teaching certification
  • Proven experience teaching Art & Design across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum of England and Wales
  • Experience delivering CIE IGCSE, AS, and A‑Level Art & Design courses
  • Ability to inspire creativity and support students in developing technical and conceptual skills
  • Skilled in preparing learners for external examinations and guiding them toward academic success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Passionate about fostering independent thinking, innovation, and artistic expression
  • Adaptable and culturally sensitive, with enthusiasm for working in an international school environment
