This role plays a key part in ensuring that students achieve excellent outcomes in external qualifications and are fully prepared for further education, training, or employment.  The position combines outstanding classroom practice with leadership responsibilities in curriculum delivery, assessment, targeted intervention, and student support.

The ideal candidate

• A recognised teaching degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or international equivalent
• Proven experience teaching Business/Economics at KS4 and/or KS5 level
• In-depth understanding of examination specifications and assessment requirements
• Demonstrated success in improving student achievement and outcomes
• Experience in mentoring or supporting fellow colleagues within a school setting
• Excellent organisational abilities and strong communication skills
• A clear commitment to safeguarding practices and promoting inclusive education

• Salary range: up to EUR2350 NETT per month
