The ideal candidate

• BA Degree in Education or a Degree with PGCE
• Teaching certificate or license
• Familiarity with the US Curriculum
• Great communication skills, with the ability to connect warmly with young learners, families, and colleagues
• Strong organizational skills to keep lessons structured while still allowing room for play and discovery
• A flexible, adaptable attitude—ready to embrace new ideas, different cultures, and the joyful unpredictability of working with kids
