The Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher plays a key role in delivering a high-quality Early Years education within a bilingual, internationally focused learning environment. This position involves creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom where young learners can grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver creative, play-based lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum framework
- Foster early literacy, numeracy, and social development skills
- Create a safe, positive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and colleagues within the Global Immersion Program
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development
The ideal candidate
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (British curriculum background preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of Kindergarten / Early Years teaching experience
- Qualified Early Childhood educator
- Currently based in Thailand (preferred)
- Strong classroom management skills
- Patient, warm, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children
- Adaptable and culturally sensitive within an international school environment
- Available to start April 2026
