The ideal candidate

  • Holds a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, with a recognized teaching qualification
  • Has proven experience teaching Kindergarten or early years students in an international or bilingual setting
  • Demonstrates strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
  • Designs engaging, play‑based and inquiry‑driven lessons that foster curiosity, creativity, and foundational skills
  • Builds positive relationships with young learners, parents, and colleagues to support holistic development
  • Adapts well to a multicultural environment and values diversity in the classroom
  • Shows patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for guiding children through their early learning journey
