The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education (ECE, NTT, B.Ed.) or higher
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience teaching Kindergarten or Early Primary
• Native-level English proficiency preferred
• Passionate, flexible, and creative teaching approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented and culturally adaptable mindset
• International school experience advantageous
• Leadership experience or curriculum development knowledge beneficial
