The ideal candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education (ECE, NTT, B.Ed.) or higher
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience teaching Kindergarten or Early Primary
  • Native-level English proficiency (UK, USA or CA)
  • Passionate, flexible, and creative approach to teaching
  • Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and teamwork mindset
  • International experience and leadership skills are desirable
