Ideal Candidate

• A bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, Education, or a related field
• Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS or Equivalent)
• Qualified Early Childhood Educator
• Minimum 1 year of KG/Early Years international teaching experience
• Warm, patient, and confident with young children
• Strong classroom management and calm conduct under pressure
• Excellent spoken communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional behaviour with children, parents, and colleagues
• Desirable: experience with mixed‑ability classes; talents in music, art, sport, or similar activities
